You will be part of our management team to support and advise us in HR strategies during our organizational transformation process. Who? One of our priorities for you is to streamline our systems and procedures and further support our compliance rollout. You'll get to travel regularly across the different locations and coach our team on all levels. Your responsibilities extend to the ongoing operational HR tasks like employee relations, managing payroll, and negotiating great benefits.
