As the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving, Good360 partners with socially responsible companies to source highly needed goods and distribute them through our network of diverse nonprofits that support people in need. This Marketing Communications Manager position is the "go to" person for communications needs company-wide and maintains impeccable storytelling on behalf of Good360, our corporate donors, and our nonprofit partners. This role is key in translating and infusing Good360's core messaging in all of our communications channels and assets, and is responsible for developing and conveying the voice of the company, both internally and externally, and ensuring the overall effectiveness, compliance and quality of creative projects. This role reports to the Sr. Director Marketing and will work cross-functionally in order to support the entire organization. Responsibilities include: Steward of brand/organizational messaging both internally as well as externally, ensuring that Good360 is always represented consistently and in the most compelling way possible. Translate brand messaging for Good360 owned media assets including: Web site content and copy Email templates and communications Good360 marketing assets, including one-pagers, presentations, etc. Support program owners and teams with marketing communications including presentation templates and materials, content, impact stories etc. Lead social media strategy and execution. Includes content and editorial strategy, maintenance of editorial calendar, writing posts, creating graphical assets. Also includes development of audience growth and engagement strategy. Support execution of Good360 content/content marketing strategy in partnership with CMO and Sr. Director of Marketing. Includes: Managing relationship with third party content agency; provide support in creation of weekly blog posts and other content assets Lead Good360's impact story/reporting initiative including strategy development, nonprofit outreach, gathering content, and creating stories. Develop content distribution strategy; find and develop content distribution channels that provide Good360 with additional exposure, brand awareness and a positive ROI. Support public relations efforts by working with third party PR partner on the development of press releases and media outreach strategies. Monitor competitors, trends and market opportunities in order to better position Good360 as the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving. Lead and support the production of video assets to best tell the Good360 story and that of how we work with our partners. Requirements: 5+ years working in a marketing communications or related role Mastery in writing skills and storytelling - abilities to convey points persuasively, to adapt writing for different goals and audiences, and to craft compelling narratives with appeal for various audiences Ability to distill succinct messaging from complex and sometimes undeveloped concepts; ability to distinguish nuanced scenarios Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making and organizational skills Highly organized with keen attention to detail Self-reliant and independent; able to own creative/content projects and timelines from start to finish Ability to collaborate effectively intra-functionally and cross-functionally Comfort with fast-paced environments and rapidly evolving situations Comfort with some level of ambiguity and ability to make mid-course corrections when needed Strong analytical skills - ability to collect, use, analyze and interpret web analytics and apply learnings to future content and messaging decision-making Fluency in Google Analytics, Magento, Bronto, SalesForce, NetSuite, basic web graphics and design Bachelor's degree required
