GTM Architects is seeking a Marketing Manager (3 - 5 years' experience) to add to its award-winning team located in Bethesda, Maryland & Washington, DC. This position will lead our marketing department serving our four different Architectural Studios: Custom Homes, Multifamily Residential, Commercial, and Commercial Interiors. This individual should be savvy in both creating & designing publications with influential content to strategically position proposals, RFP responses, and presentations targeted for the built environment. The Marketing Manager will stay current on AEC industry marketing trends; liaise with various AEC marketing industry groups and events for our Partner's attendance, and be willing to tackle other marketing and administrative team related projects. They will also develop and maintain various digital assets & management systems using InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, WordPress, Prezi, Word, & Powerpoint including: PR & Media management, RFPs, award entries & memberships; social media campaigns and activity; performance and data analytics; project-related information for the firm; design and development of marketing materials; management of photoshoots & website; and Holiday/Year end Marketing. We require an organized leader, able to meet the needs of our four Studios and our administrative team, both individually and as a firm - someone that will thrive collaborating with different stake holders with unique priorities.
