We are seeking a Mid-Atlantic region project developer working from our Elkridge office. This position will concentrate on solar power generation projects ranging from 1-5 MW in system size. We are looking for driven team members who have a minimum of 5 years of B2B development experience in the solar industry. The position will require identifying, qualifying and closing projects for the commercial, industrial, public, and municipal sectors. Development of these sectors will include net-metered, virtual net-metered, and greenfield applications. In addition to the B2B project development experience, the work will require exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences effectively. There will be significant client interaction and, of course, a high degree of professionalism required. The prospective Solar Project Developer must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least five years of relevant experience with developing, negotiating, and closing solar projects with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).
