This role is an ideal fit for someone with a passion for guiding software development teams and projects to success, someone who is a curious and eager learner, leans into technology, takes a servant leader approach, and cares for team members. The role is not a good fit for those with a command and control approach to management and those who are still primarily involved as hands-on technical contributors. If you think this role fits what you seek, check out a blog post about it, watch a video about life at Galois, and submit your application. We'd love to hear from you!
