Evergreen Advisors seeks an experienced Investment Banking Vice President for their wholly-owned broker-dealer subsidiary Evergreen Advisors Capital. This position is located in their Columbia, Maryland office. Evergreen Advisors is a leading investment bank and advisory firm focused on assisting emerging growth and middle-market companies in the areas of corporate finance, growth and exit strategies, valuations and advisory services. Primary Responsibilities Working with, supervising, and coaching analysts and associates on transactions including preparing confidential information memoranda, models, management presentations and other marketing documents associated with executing M & A and financing transactions. Supporting senior bankers on originating and executing a variety of middle-market M&A and financing transactions. Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information. Conducting in-depth industry, business, and financial due diligence. Leveraging and helping develop Evergreen's existing network in the Metropolitan Baltimore Geographical Area with contacts, clients, and prospects. Requirements 2-3 year at the Associate Level or 1 year of experience at the Vice President Level at an Investment Bank Strong Experience with financial statement analysis including established valuation analysis and modeling skills are required; experience with Capital IQ and pitchbook is a plus. Network within the metro Baltimore marketplace is preferred but not required. Strong Client Management Skills Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player.
