Data Integration Tester Key Role: Analyze, design, develop, and maintain functional test cases for an integrated Cyber defense tools solution. Testing in this role includes system testing, regression testing and integration testing with emphasis on data verification within multiple integration layers(tools). Experience with backend/database testing, data migration test support is desirable. Must be able to decipher requirements, identify test scope, author test cases that verify requirements at both the feature and integrated solution level. Should participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues involving multiple teams for root cause identification and resolution. Must be able to support junior staff with reviewing test coverage, test artifacts (including test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability matrices, and test reports) and providing guidance/training as needed. Participate in continuous improvement of the test processes and team development. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with functional testing 3+ years of experience with backend testing Experience with Unix/Linux Experience with JIRA or any other test management tool Knowledge of the software development life cycle Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously Ability to be flexible, independent, and self-motivated Ability to troubleshoot and debug Ability to obtain a security clearance BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: Experience in working with Agile, including a Scrum team Experience in working with enterprise Cyber defense tools, including ForeScout, BigFix, Tenable Security Center, and RSA Archer Experience with data analytics tools, including Splunk Experience with automated test tools, including SoapUI Experience with working in large federal agency environments, including USPS, HHS, SSA, Treasury, and GSA Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems BA or BS degree in IT Security, Engineering, or a related field CISSP, Security+, or a related Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position is not funded.
