Job Number: R0058736 Software Requirements Analyst, Senior Key Role: Analyze complex client problems to formulate and document functional and technical requirements and work with software development teams to improve efficiency and process development. Support and maintain requirements documents, including designing concepts, mock-ups, using cases, and client-ready requirements briefings and translating user needs into system requirements. Assist with creating project schedules and creating milestones, including monitoring and tracking progress against plan and analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies reported by the client. Conduct document reviews of requirements and test documentation with the client and project team and support process improvement initiatives for requirements' key process areas. Work closely with a team to develop innovative applications that address clients' most challenging business, technology, and system integration needs. Serve as a liaison between customers and system developers to communicate client needs to a technical team. Support the development of an enterprise Web application leveraging Agile methodologies and work in a dynamic environment with team members to deliver quality software capabilities. Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience with Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) project -Experience with improving efficiency and process development on software development teams -Experience as a Scrum Master -Experience with facilitating requirement gathering and prioritization sessions and translating stakeholder needs into requirements documentation -Experience with Confluence and Jira -Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery -Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, collaborative work environment to achieve consensus -Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client's needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities -Secret clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with IT services, the software development life cycle (SDLC), or technology deployments for the DoD -Experience with client interaction, including technology strategies and road mapping -Experience with writing proposals or contributing to marketing materials -Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, and Word -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -PMI-ACP or ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification -Security+ Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
