Individuals must already possess at least an interim secret clearance or USAID public trust A TEKsystems client is starting an end-to-end migration solution that will provide for all necessary components of a successful program to bring the USAID desktop infrastructure into compliance with N-1 as it pertains to Windows 10 and Office 2016. TEKsystems technicians will assist with moving and/or upgrading (from Windows 7) users throughout the Washington, DC metro area. In addition to migrating machines to Windows 10, the program allows for post-upgrade support for the first 24 hours after migration before the user is released to normal break/fix support of the existing desktop team.
