THIS OPPORTUNITY IS BASED IN SANDY SPRING, MD Brooke Grove Retirement Village is seeking a Community Nurse Liaison to join our Admissions and Marketing Team. The Community Nurse Liaison acts as liaison between Brooke Grove Retirement Village and the Community. The Community Nurse Liaison will build relationships with the community through marketing and sales techniques to help build census and ensure effective transitions in moves to and from the campus. The Community Nurse Liaison will help ensure appropriate facility placement for new admissions and readmissions. The Community Nurse Liaison is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining key referral source relationships. The ideal candidate will be a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Maryland with exceptional assessment, interpersonal and time management skills. Experience with performing assessments for assisted living, rehabilitation and long-term care residents preferred. This is a full-time 40 hours per week position.
