The Baltimore office of WTP has an immediate need for a Litigation Support Analyst who will provide technical support for all phases of electronic discovery including processing, production and database management. Key Responsibilities : Handle complex projects while ensuring quality control.Troubleshoot and/or advise on various technical obstacles. Convert and manipulate data for loading into the firm's database systems. Reporting on project progress and issues. Perform complex database searches and generate reports. Maintain physical order of source media and other related materials. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2-4 years of overall/related work experience in the Legal or E-Discovery industry. Direct technical experience with industry leading litigation support software with Relativity being strongly preferred. Experience utilizing litigation support software's user and administrative functions. Familiarity with executing and/or leveraging analytics within a database. Experience manipulating large volumes of electronic data for purposes of loading into a litigation support database. Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Ability to visualize data and software behavior. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, and shift responsibilities and deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Detail-oriented. Commitment to work overtime, if necessary.
