Role : We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new opportunities for our sales team and act as a key liaison between Marketing and Sales. This essential role will qualify inbound leads as well as conduct cold calls to schedule appointments for sales. To be successful in this role, you should have experience, or a high degree of comfort, in developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will use strong communication skills to cultivate relationships with prospects, from first contact through sales handoff. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for the right results-driven candidate. Responsibilities: . Qualify leads from inbound sources and marketing campaigns . Engage prospects through cold call outreach . Present our solutions in an articulate, compelling manner . Identify and gather prospect needs and clearly document . Ensure a high degree of data integrity in managing prospect records . Schedule sales appointments with prospective clients . Meet with sales representatives and leadership on a consistent basis . Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Required Skills: . High energy and a positive attitude . Ability to communicate effectively; possessing a high degree of confidence . Quick learner, comfortable with leveraging technology . Growth focused with appetite for prospecting and selling . Desire to leverage sales techniques (including cold calling) . Track record of achievement (sales quotas or other examples) . Experience with CRM software (eg Salesforce) a plus . Familiarity with MS Excel a plus . Understanding of sales performance metrics . Ability to deliver compelling messages . Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field preferred
