Our Credit Administrator will be responsible for the following: . Ensuring the accurate tracking of RM requests into the department via the Credit Department pipeline. . Working with the Credit Manager to properly prioritize RM requests. . Providing Credit Manager with Analyst product reports weekly through a backlog report. . Assisting the Credit Manager in tracking all Credit Department Service Level Agreements. . Taking minutes of loan committees, obtaining approval signatures and distributing final approved loan packages to the RM and to Loan Operations for booking. . Scheduling loan committee meetings, confirming quorum status, preparing loan committee meeting agendas and distribute agenda items to all members of each committee. . Pulling requested credit bureau reports. . Tracking software license agreements; ie IBISworld, Sageworks, factual Data. . Supporting the administrative needs of the Chief Credit Officer. Our Credit Administrator will meet the following qualifications : . High School Diploma or Equivalent required. . Minimum of 2 years' of banking experience working within a credit department preferred. . Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience within the financial industry. . Excellent organization skills to include time management and follow-up skills. . Strong attention to detail with the ability to work successfully in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. . Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently when needed. . PC proficient with emphasis on the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. . Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks and challenges when needed.
