AV Sales Engineer/Project Manager
AV Sales Engineer/Project Manager Description: Liona is seeking an experienced and highly motivated AV Sales Engineer/Project Manager. Provides AV/VTC support, troubleshooting, and system programming for DoD VIP personnel (Customer Liaison) . Regularly pursues sales opportunities and provides strategic planning and technical input to create RFP/RFQ responses (Sales Lead) . Performs site surveys for new and existing AV/VTC systems to identify customer requirements . Develops complex AV/VTC system design solutions for high-level VIP personnel (System Designer/Engineer) . Installs new systems to meet customer needs (Lead Installer/Programmer) . Manages projects from inception to completion to ensure timely and accurate delivery (Project Manager) . Developed project management templates, processes and procedures for successful implementation and customer satisfaction . Responsible for designing, configuring, and installing AV/VTC solutions . Leads/Manages AV subcontractor team in a challenging logistical environment by communicating roles and responsibilities, setting daily expectations, scheduling personnel objectives and supporting daily operations to ensure project deadlines are met and successful . Provides Project Manager duties in support of program manager including project oversight, personnel management, budget analysis and management, resource management and project plan implementation and execution to meet contractual obligations . Manages service delivery daily to ensure customer satisfaction . Manages product purchasing, Return Material Authorization (RMA) initiation, and supply chain oversight . Coordinates equipment delivery and logistics in a demanding, complex and dynamic environment to include inventory management and control, equipment palletizing, and product delivery for job/project fulfillment Experience/Qualifications: 3+ years of progressive experience in sales/project management or related fields. Excellent time management and organization skills.
