We are looking to hire a Salesforce CPQ Consultant with prior consulting and Salesforce.com experience to join our team. We are looking for someone who will help lead and manage client engagements. In this role you'll collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements, design Salesforce.com solutions, manage projects, and create documentation. We want someone who is excited about the industries we work with and in building new best practices for our firm as we continue grow. What will you do in this job? Meet with clients to determine business and functional requirements Translate client requirements into Salesforce.com design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development Plan and manage project work and resources Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform for scaling startups, venture capital firms, private equity firms, Non Profits, Associations and others Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning) Provide mentorship and oversight to fellow team members Desired Experience At least 2-5 years of CRM experience, minimum 1+ in Salesforce.com At least 2 CPQ Engagements Experience leading engagements or teams Extensive experience with designing and developing custom objects, layouts, reports in salesforce.com Experienced in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into Salesforce.com Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills Well organized, results driven and eager to handle difficult problems Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business and consulting skills Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and analytical and problem-solving skill
