Craig Fauver Real Estate is seeking buyer's agents licensed in DC, VA, and MD to provide superior customer service and expertise to clients. I would prefer agents with at least some experience, but will train the right newly licensed agents. What sets working with Craig Fauver apart from other teams? First, at the moment it is a small operation. You are going to more than just a number, but instead an integral part of the team. We're trying to build a $100M+ team in the next couple years and by being an early entrant to the team you set yourself up for promotions and leadership positions. My vision is a brokerage operating as one large team composed of numerous micro teams serving various niches and communities. For any full-time agent that comes on board I will plan to provide you with at least 30 leads per month for you to follow up with and book appointments. If you show me you can handle following up and serving that many leads I'm happy to provide up to 60 or 80 leads per month if you show me you can follow up and close them.
