A' Candidate must have strong C/C++ skills, is energetic, creative and team oriented to work on latest SATCOM modem and networking technologies. A' The individual will be part of an engineering team that develops embedded networking and application software using latest toolchains from Atlassian in an agile software development environment. The position is based in Germantown, Maryland. Responsibilities A' . A' A' Software design, development, integration and support activities A' . A' A' Actively participate in software development and automated unit testing A' . A' A' Complete development tasks within agreed timebox A' . A' A' Analyze and resolve software issues A' Requirements A' . A' A' BachelorA cents € (TM) s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field A' . A' A' 1 to 5 years of software development experience in C/C++ and automated unit testing A' . A' A' Candidate must be a US Citizen and hold an active TS clearance A' Desired Qualifications A' . A' A' Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field A' . A' A' Experience with scripting languages Python/Shell, source control systems (eg GIT) A' . A' A' Experience with web development viz. HTML/Javascript/JQuery/node.js A' . A' A' Experience in Multi-threaded application development and inter-process communication A' . A' A' Experience with networking protocols, messaging libraries, socket programming A' . A' A' Experience of agile development methodology, especially Scrum and Atlassian tools like Jira A' .
