Position Description:In this newly created position reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the go-to-market execution of the national brand along with the customized local strategies for each medical physics practice partner. This role will lead both internal and external resources in strategy development and implementation to increase the awareness of the Apex Physics PartnersA cents € (TM) brand in the marketplace. Key marketing communication channels include social media,website and medical physics trade shows as well as customer-facing and Apex Physics Partners sales resources.Job ResponsibilitiesA cents € cents Maximize inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, to grow the database and overall company revenues.A cents € cents Manage thought-leadership and content marketing initiatives to represent Apex Physics Partners as a leader in the medical physics consulting space. Develop a unique perspective that will promote client and partner engagement, drive new sales and support customer retention.A cents € cents Collaborate with outsourced resources, field and outbound business development teams to develop content that is unique to Apex and reinforces the value proposition. Ensure content in all markets is in compliance with Apex Physics PartnersA cents € (TM) message and brand.A cents € cents Integrate Apex Physics Partners branded materials into each local market along with a customized go-to-market strategy. Generate leads, provide sales tools and measure results, by market.A cents € cents Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to effectively execute national and local marketing tactics correlated to the strategies. This includes the effective, results-driven execution of sales promotions and special events as well as internal training and external communications.A cents € cents Develop lead-generating trade show strategies, identify and prioritize conferences with most ROI, plan, execute and measure the effectiveness and ROI for the total conference expense as well as individual shows, eg number of leads, sales and revenue generated due to conference.A cents € cents Continuously research and recommend new creative opportunities, formats, platforms, etc. to test as part of a test-and-learn environment.A cents € cents Ensure all marketing programs are managed within budget and on time, optimize return on marketing investments and report on program performance. Manage the overall marketing budget.Desired Skills & ExperienceA cents € cents Minimum of 8 to 10 years of marketing experience with proven track record of delivering results.A cents € cents BachelorA cents € (TM) s degree in Marketing, Business or related areas of study, or the equivalent in work experience.A cents € cents Strong project management skills with the ability to translate vision into results.A cents € cents Strong skills with experience in B2B lead generation and content marketing strategy development and executionA cents € cents Excellent writing skillsA cents € cents Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics and the development of a marketing planA cents € cents Firm understanding of the demand generation and the sales funnel.A cents € cents Experience with market research, competitor analysis and other insight generation activitiesA cents € cents A data-driven approach to inform strategic decisionsA cents € cents Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry especially the hospital and diagnostic product areas preferred.A cents € cents Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as abilities to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and to partner effectively with marketing partnersA cents € cents Expertise in MS Office suiteA cents € cents Strong understanding of social media platformsA cents € cents Equally strong communication skills working with subject matter experts and writers to produce articles and white papers.A cents € cents Strategic thinking with great attention to detail.A cents € cents Experience with Hubspot or similar platforms.A cents € cents Highly motivated with a strong work ethic; able to operate independently and with minimal supervisionTRAVEL:Minimal travel, approximately 5% of the timeEMPLOYMENT TYPE:Full-time, Exempt Position
