Loan Portfolio Manager:A " ?Job Description: Reporting to the COO, the Loan Portfolio Manager (LPM), working with the existing team, will be responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the loan portfolio post-closing.A' This will include coordination with the borrowers, servicing the loans, managing the draw process and, where necessary, facilitating the foreclosure process. This position will manage and support subordinate staff and help the COO engage third party providers as necessary to create greater efficiencies.A' The LPM will be accountable for ensuring that pipeline milestones and goals are met.A' In addition to ensuring internal goals are met, the LPM will work with borrowers to support their projects and will play a key role in ensuring their customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:Overall Management of the Loan PortfolioUse Loan Servicing Software to organize and manage lending portfolioCommunicate with borrowers as neededManage Draw ProcessCoordinate budget reviewManage Borrower Draw ProcessEnsure that all real property tax payments are currentFacilitate and manage loan extensions, loan portfolio tracking and calendar, and payoff forecastingCoordinate Payoff s with teamWhere necessary, manage foreclosuresWork with outside counsel to facilitate foreclosure processProvide operational solutions to business challenges and serve as operational subject matterWork with COO to identify where 3rd party providers can create internal efficienciesHelp choose and effectuate service providerMaintain quality by analyzing, designing, and implementing administrative policies and proceduresQualifications:BachelorA cents € (TM) s Degree in Finance related major or related work experienceFive + years of experience in mortgage, private or commercial lending operationsLoan servicing experience is preferredKnowledge of all legal and regulatory aspects for lending operations a plusPositive approach to collaboration and enjoy working as a teamWillingness and ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for managing processesSense of humor and ability to have fun working in an environment that at times is challenging
