Job Description We are seeking qualified Construction Manager to support the Maryland/District of Columbia/Delaware/Pennsylvania (MDDP) Region. Qualifications/Requirements Applicants must possess the following: 10+ Years Construction Manager on both small and large construction project: $100M Must have a Bachelor's degree Must be a registered PE and CCM (or the ability to obtain the CCM certification within 6 months) Must have Construction Scheduling experience using Primavera P6 PSP Excellent Communication Skills required for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients including: Presentations/Interviews for CMI Pursuits Contract or Task Negotiations Client Relationship Maintenance CMI Team Building & Training Partnering Sessions Excellent Technical Writing Skills required for preparing: Progress Reports Technical Proposals Schedule Reports Meeting Agendas and Minutes Microsoft Office Applications incl. Word, Excel and Access Excellent Technical Writing Skills required for preparing: Progress Reports Technical Proposals Schedule Reports Meeting Agendas and Minutes Microsoft Office Applications incl. Word, Excel and Access Construction Management Services Experience for Projects/ Contracts including some of the following: Maryland DOT (MDOT- SHA/MTA/MPA/MAA) Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) District of Columbia DOT (DDOT) Local Counties and Municipalities throughout the region Benefits: WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
