Mid-level Training Assessment Analyst

LMI is seeking a Training Assessment Analyst to join the Strategy and Organizational Management group. This position will be located in Washington DC Responsibilities Supports the client on a variety of projects including Documents Review - help analyze the information collected regarding the current delivery and management of trainings offered by LESC. Identify gaps and help prepare questionnaires for interviews with key personnel, leadership, and former students.Clean Data - clean raw Excel data imports from FACT database and Survey Monkey toolPrepare Data for Visualization and Analysis - using Tableau or PowerBIAnalyze Current State -Analyze FACTS data to determine the number of active/less active/inactive instructors, most commonly taught classes, geographic distribution of instructors and students, characteristics of instructors who fail to recertify/require waivers, characteristics of students who fail to qualify/require waiversAnalyze survey data to determine which skills are used commonly by the field, which skills are valued most by instructors, which skills are valued most by regional and HQ leadershipRequirements Development - Support the project lead in pulling the information from the current state analysis to develop requirements for delivery of future trainings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, policy, economics, finance, and mathematics3-10 years of relevant experienceExperience in federal government or federal government consultingAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Experience using tableau or PowerBIStrong communication skills, both oral and written.Excellent technical analytical and problem-solving skills.A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and quality with exceptional organization skills.Preferred, but not required - Active CBP BI security clearanceSecurity Clearance Statement: Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
