Project Manager/Sr. Task Lead, Communications (CBP)Job Description - Summary Oversees and manages the operational aspects of specified projects as directed by the Program Manager, and serves as liaison between project management, project team, and client. Manages specified projects, schedules and related resources, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and responsible for intervention and problem solving in conjunction with program manager, other project managers, task leads, clients and stakeholders.Job Description - ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a high degree of on-site and virtual customer interaction, as well as very high levels of communication and cooperation with the project's Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Client, GDIT Program Manager, and other team members, including subcontract partners.
