We are seeking a Human Resources Director to provide Talent Management, Employee Relations and Human Resources support Responsibilities . Talent acquisition and performance reviews, counseling for managers on internal and external candidate selection; conducting exit interviews. . Recruitment and/or separation of executive staff and senior leadership. . Develops and maintains talent acquisition and onboarding tools and guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies, procedures and processes. . Develops and implements policies and procedures on performance management, compensation, equal opportunity, disciplinary procedures, recruitment . Manages the annual review\preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program. . Address conditions including retention, recruitment planning, career development, succession planning, etc. . Obtains cost effective, employee-serving benefits; monitors national benefits environment for options and cost savings. . Manages the annual Open Enrollment process; leads the development of benefits orientation and other benefits training. . Supervises the Payroll Specialist and other HR staff. Processes payroll and handles other payroll-related functions . Serves as the Equal Opportunity Officer (EOO) and the Compliance Officer Qualifications . Business degree, preferably with emphasis on Human Resources; Master's degree preferred. . Must possess and maintain HR certification from HRCI or SHRM. . At least 5-10 years progressive, related human resources experience
