The Role: Reporting to the VP Sales, your primary role will be managing 7 - 10 inside sales reps. You will have a history of recruiting and managing quota beating sales teams in high velocity and high growth SaaS environments. You will be an excellent coach and process builder with experience recruiting A-players. Major duties include forecast and metric reporting to senior management, communicating MBO's to the sales department and enforcing sales processes. Responsibilities: * Hiring inside sales executives that consistently exceed their quotas. * Training and coaching their inside sales executives. * Manage performance reviews and develop rep improvement plans. * Ensure accurate and complete information is entered into our CRM (Salesforce). * Ensure that sales pipeline objectives are achieved and managed correctly. * Resolve interpersonal issues within department and escalate if required. Required Skills: * 3+ years of successful sales management experience * Track record of scaling successful inside sales teams * Track record of consistently exceeding team sales goals * Experience managing similar sized inside sales team * Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team * Experience working in a high growth SaaS environment * Highly experienced managing teams utilizing salesforce.com * Highly proficient using MS365 products Bonus Points for: Experience selling to law firms Experience with transactional sales Experience with sales automation tools such as Outreach.io, salesloft, etc
