Sales Enablement Consultant Looking for independent sales or marketing consultants as well as employed executives to market DSG's sales playbook solutions to their network within 5 segments: tech (software, SaaS, equipment), healthcare, financial services, professional services or manufacturing. DSG Affiliate Program Over the past 25 years, DSG has developed a community of Affiliates who leverage their relationships with executives in sales, marketing, or enablement roles at B2B companies. DSG Affiliates create initial conversations through their network and then either manage the client relationship or simply make the warm hand-off. DSG offers substantial commissions to our Affiliates for their business development support. Affiliates operate as independent contractors who have the option to continue working for their current employer or continue representing adjacent solutions while operating as a DSG Affiliate. Some of DSG's Affiliates also represent their own brand and deliver sales enablement, consulting, and training services that are complimentary to DSG. The Affiliate support team includes experienced, full-time resources in design, marketing, sales, and finance. Past Clients Our strategic focus for DSG in 2019 is to accelerate growth by adding new Affiliate Sellers across the country to reach more potential clients. DSG clients include: Fiserv, Autodesk, Tableau, Honeywell, Panasonic, Comcast, American Express, Trane, Siemens, BD, Adobe, SAP, NetApp, GE, Rockwell Automation, Johnson Controls, Discover, Red Hat, Oracle, and RingCentral. These anchor clients will create credibility for a new Affiliate. DSG's Sales Playbook Solution DSG is a sales enablement agency ( www.dsgconsulting.com) that provides consulting, training, video production, and creative services to B2B companies. The DSG solution is organized around the concept of a sales playbook. A playbook provides salespeople and channel partners with the content, tools, and training to implement a company's growth strategies. (eg selling an integrated solution, launching a new product, shifting to a new message, changing the sales strategy, shifting the sales approach, etc.) DSG creates 4 types of sales playbooks: sales messaging, sales coaching, social selling, and sales process. These client-specific playbooks are the foundation for experiential training programs that build momentum and lead to mastery of the content, tools, and best practices in each playbook. DSG can deliver playbooks through its vPlaybook web app () or deliver the content through each client's preferred apps. DSG's approach can support an existing sales methodology but the content we build is created specifically for each organization's products, messaging, people, market, competitive landscape, and culture.
