The Client Solutions Business Management Team delivers business process and systems transformation for the Account Executive teams within the Office of the Client.

Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories:

Client Support

  • Facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, preparation and presentation development
  • Actively participate in Client Solutions business process and technology projects, including business process, systems, rollout and adoption.
  • Assist with tracking project milestones and issues/risks log

Change Management
  • Serve as primary liaison between Client facing team and internal/external business partners for any change management or outreach efforts.
  • Seek solutions that meet the need of the business which result in process efficiency, provide business change flexibility, and increase the Office of the Client's ability to manage and leverage data

Project Management Support
  • Assist with the management of all aspects of the project lifecycle and work with business partners for reporting to management
  • Manage multiple small projects independently


  • 2-4 years of related professional work experience managing and implementing mission critical business applications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field or equivalent work experience
  • Leadership and executive level interaction and partnership with functional/business unit leaders
  • Familiarity with different development life-cycles and methodologies as well as business analysis and requirements
  • Highly proficient in common knowledge-worker tools (Windows, Office Professional, Visio, etc.)
  • Project/program management software (MS Project, etc.) a plus
  • Focused and versatile team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
