Human Resources (Hr) Manager
HR Manager - ITC HQ Description: ITC's Human Resource (HR) Manager will ensure all General HR Requirements are met. Key responsibilities include overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function developing policy, procedures, coordinates HR activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, recruiting, benefits, training, payroll, Administrator of the 401-K plan, facilitates the annual ISO audits. The responsibilities of the HR Manager at IT Coalition (ITC) are varied and wide-ranging. Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for over 400 company personnel. Implements and annually updates the compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as needed. Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration working with the broker to ensure claim resolution. Must be able to provide general HR support to a minimum of 400 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) personnel. Clearance: DHS Public Trust or Clearable Salary: $110-$125K Location: ITC Headquarters- 4713-A Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22304Minimum/General Experience . Five (5) years of overall HR management experience obtained within the last seven (7) years; including . HR Generalist duties, employee engagement expertise, communication excellence . And HR Administration of 400 employees supporting projects and/or contracts working multiple shifts at more than one geographically different location. Minimum Education . Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: HR, Business or Public Administration, Finance/Accounting, Communications or related fields.
