Aerotek is currently partnering with a financial software company that sells tax preparation software. This is a long term opportunity with weekly pay, benefits and bonuses. Responsibilities: Responsible for taking inbound calls from small businesses to identify the best software for their business needsAsk detailed questions to better understand the needs of the business ownersDemonstrate genuine empathy, understanding and care at all times to successfully handle escalated situationsMeet/exceed performance goals by successfully retaining High Value Customers Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months of experience in a sales setting or customer service environment (retail, car sales, call center, etc.)Ability to lead a consultative conversation to understand and exceed the customers' needsAbility to manager and handle change quickly and positivelyShift: Monday - Friday (8 hours between 8AM-8PM)Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Interested candidates with experience in any customer service and/or sales role are encouraged to apply!About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
