Job Description We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to add to our team. This job requires a precise, independent, take-charge leader, with an eye for the details. Must be able to handle multiple projects while ensuring that the "little things" get done. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with Owner, Architect and Engineers as required to provide budgets, bids and scheduling. Attending and playing an active role in pre-construction meetings as applicable Ensuring proper and timely permit application and processing for assigned projects Manage Contracts, Change Orders, Transmittals, Submittals as needed to maintain schedules. Overseeing site supervision for project safety, daily logs, scheduling and sub-contractors to ensure quality project in a timely manner. Manage project site meetings with project team as needed Work with our admin team to oversee procurement of materials/labor, requesting purchase orders, executing change orders, reviewing project allowances/invoices and submit Monthly Pay Applications.. Achieve clear communication with trade partners and customers on changes and/or solutions in order to maintain an efficient and well-run project Continue to be contact person for all warranty items in the year following project closeout, along with performing one year follow up with customer. Must have 2+ years experience as an estimator/ project manager Opportunity for continuous growth and improvement within our company. Must have 2+ years' experience as an estimator/ project manager Construction: 2 years (Preferred) Project Management: 2 year (Preferred) Estimating: 2 years (Preferred) Bilingual (Eng/Spanish) required
