GDIT has a new and exciting opportunity available for a CREW Logistics Analyst, Associate and the RSCs in Southwest Asia. The successful applicant must have an active US Government issued SECRET clearance. This position may require travel to outlying sites, work in austere environments, and working close with the customers. Also, there is a $12,000 bonus provided at the end of a successful one-year deployment. The Counter Radio Electronic Warfare (CREW) Logistics Analyst. Develop inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred. Provide material handling coordination support to include shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property. Inspect inbound inventory for defects or notable damage and logs/reports issues. Data entry, research and documentation of receiving issues. Prepare inventory for shipping, loading of pallets, generating documentation, resolve inventory-tracking problems. - Interact with vendors to obtain information to reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare RMAs. Maintain position control of the Authorized Stockage Listing (ASL). Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, bins, or containers according to predetermined sequence. The Logistics Analyst must have high level of experience operating within the GCSS-ARMY environment. Possess a thorough knowledge of read/write capability through the GCSS-ARMY. Must be able to perform and manage all the functions associated with the GCSS-ARMY applications and at a minimum the GCSS-ARMY end user manual The Logistics Analyst must be experience operating within the SAMS-E environment (or the equivalent MMS). Have the ability to generate/produce data and reports needed for all required operations. - Must demonstrate a high level of customer service skill and be able to present a positive approach with customers - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Performs all other duties as assigned.
