GDIT's DOJ/OJP team is looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Systems Engineer to contribute to the deployment and maintenance of an IdAM solution to serve as a comprehensive Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platform for our federal government client. As an IdAM Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with Federal leadership to define, implement, deploy and maintain an IDaaS platform that supports both internal and external user identity and access management functionality with a state-of-the-art customized COTS platform. Job Requirements: Work together with other contractors and partner federal agencies to develop and maintain a comprehensive IDaaS AWS hosted solution based on the Okta (identity and access management) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (identity governance) platforms. Ensure integration of infrastructure and custom code into a Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) and Continuous Deployment pipeline and provide a comprehensive automated test coverage for the deployed solution. Develops and maintains DevOps tools and processes to support the IdAM solution and its configuration in multiple environments. Required Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment Expertise in Agile development approaches including Scrum and Kanban Significant experience across diverse technology stack including COTS and custom software Expertise in Agile development approaches including Scrum and Kanban Detailed knowledge of the Okta and SailPoint platforms or similar IdAM comprehensive solutions from other vendors Detailed knowledge of AWS services (AWS certifications highly appreciated) Clear understanding and experience with CI/CD pipelines Expertise in role / entitlement engineering and SAML / Single-Sign-On Detailed knowledge of git based SCM platforms (ie Azure DevOps or Atlassian Bitbucket) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 12+ years of experience 8+ years working with teams in an Agile development environment 5+ years working with Identity and Access Management platforms Desired Qualifications: Detailed knowledge of modern IT automation platforms (ie Ansible, Salt, Puppet) Detailed knowledge of modern software build platforms (ie Jenkins, Azure DevOps)expertise in Linux shell programming / scripting Contract Requirements: This contract requires US citizenship Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOJ/OJP Public Trust clearance #GditPriority For more than 50 years, General Dynamics Information Technology has served as a trusted provider of information technology, systems engineering, training, and professional services to customers across federal, state, and local governments, and in the commercial sector.
