Inviting applications for the role of Senior Technology Consultant within the riskCanvas Financial Crimes Technology and Risk Consulting practice. riskCanvas is a fast-growing technology and consulting startup within Genpact that uses cutting edge big data technologies to detect and deter financial crimes in major international financial institutions. We also provide consulting expertise in the areas of financial crimes, technology, and risk. We are a growing team looking to implement groundbreaking technical and consulting solutions to complex real-world problems. We are currently looking for a Senior Technology Project Manager to help lead client engagements focused on delivery and implementation of the riskCanvas End-to-End AML and Fraud solution. The role also includes engaging in technological transformation of financial crimes programs intended to improve outcomes and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects to implement the riskCanvas End-to-End AML and Fraud solution, including project initiation, requirement collection, execution plan development, ongoing oversight of execution, communication of status and risks, etc. Lead and participate in technological transformation engagements touching on everything from data transformation to cloud solutions to big data management tools Facilitate client engagement throughout the project execution to solicit requirements, feedback, acceptance testing, etc. Manage projects using agile methodology to deliver iterative and rapid value to clients and minimize risks due to changing requirements and technical challenges Manage project team both onsite and remote to drive project deliverables Assist in creating proposals, budgets, work plans, and other business development Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of related work experience in a similar technology projects either in a Business Analyst or similar contributing role, with financial industry experience a plus. 3+ years of related work experience in a project oversight and delivery role (Project Manager, Scrum Master, etc.), with financial industry experience a plus. Hands-on experience with related digital technologies, such as Hadoop, AWS, RDBMS, Virtualization, Distributed processing, etc. Strong data analytics background with experience is developing use case, deep understanding of managing data and generating insights thru visualization Experience with Machine Learning, Agile Methodologies, Systems Architecture, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Analytics, or similar fields. PMP or Agile scrum master desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication, including extensive experience interfacing directly with client executive and senior management. Ability to work and/or travel as needed.
