Are you passionate about promoting and driving Agile best practices? Do you have experience as a servant-leader guiding multiple Agile teams? If so, our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team based in Baltimore. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities of the Scrum Master: Promote and support Scrum activities of one or more Agile teams Advocate for always evolving continuous improvement and skill development Act as the primary servant-leader for the team and first line of support for workflow Enable team productivity through identification and removal of any impediments Regularly collaborate with other Scrum Masters in a team-of-teams organization Requirements of the Scrum Master: Hands-on experience as a servant-leader with multiple Agile teams Hands-on experience as a servant-leader utilizing different frameworks, methods, and tools Hands-on experience in a servant-leadership role within a scaled Agile environment (SAFe preferred) Ability to train, coach, and consult the organization on Agile and Scrum concepts and best practices Ability to speak on the value and constraints of various Agile practices and tools Demonstrated success in a servant-leader capacity in IT solutions delivery Knowledge of systems development and project management life cycles Solid understanding and experience with web technologies Keywords: Scrum Master, Agile, SAFe, Kanban, XP, Servant-Leader, IT Solutions Delivery Job ID: 329378 About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
