Scrum Master will be responsible for establishing and leading projects, ranging in complexity, from start to finish. The individual in this role will manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and issues, impact on systems, and dependencies with other business units within the company.

Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories:

Project Management
  • Develop the project vision/charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, communications plan and other related project management artifacts
  • Define and track project dependencies/milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
  • Assess and manage impacts on other projects
  • Accurately assess, manage and report risks and issues
  • Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenses

  • Work collaboratively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in requirements/User Stories and design discussions with project stakeholders
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information

  • Lead in a matrixed environment from a position of influence, taking a servant-leadership stance
  • Participate and, at times, lead cooperative efforts with project team members representing multiple diverse groups and teams
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies, collaborate with the team and product owner for continuous improvement and guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Actively manage and remove team obstacles and protect the team from external interruptions and distractions


  • 5-7 years of project management and scrum master experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of methodologies from waterfall to agile
  • Ability to create or drive project schedule development, including task definition, duration, and resource estimates, work breakdown schedule, contingency planning
  • Experience building and maintaining project artifacts such as budget development, project charter, project planning, schedule management, requirements management,test planning and execution, control and assurance practices
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand vision, business objectives, and critical success factors
