Summary Traditional Retail Funding Specialist is responsible for ordering closing wires in Lakewood for daily closings and refinance fundings from traditional retail division closing loans in encompass. Essential Job Functions: Work chronologically in Encompass from pipeline of loans in closing for wire requestsReview fees in encompass itemization and final Closing DisclosureUpdate Lakewood fees to ensure cash to close and wire amounts match in both systemsRequest corrections from related internal parties to clear hard stops in Lakewood before ordering wireUnderstand the data transfer system between Encompass and Lakewood to troubleshoot issues Other Related Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned.
