Only manage 2-3 projects at one time. Highly professional company with focus on customer satisfaction! Qualifications: Senior Project Manager or Project Manager needed with Tenant Improvement experience. Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a strong drive and work ethic! Knowledge of commercial construction (Diverse commercial background with emphasis on TI)Looking to for a polished, sophisticated PM to add to the team with strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Must have a humble and hardworking attitude that enjoys team environment. Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in commercial construction project ranging from $5-$20MCommunication Flow: responsible for getting the right information to the right people. This includes any written communication to and from the owner, architect, engineer, subcontractors, etc.Responsible for cost assessment/ projection and control, project budget, payment applications, change orders and payment to subs and vendors.Stable work history/background is a must for consideration.
