They are an industry leading expert ranging between commercial construction, renovations, historic restoration, and Multi-Family residential projects. The companies services have been requested all throughout the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC markets. Their approximate annual volume is an easy-breezy $80-100 Million!DescriptionThe primary role of the Project Manager is to plan construction projects, and oversee progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Project Manager is responsible for budgeting, organization, implementing, and scheduling projects.Key responsibilities are as follows:Review the project plans and specifications, building design and scheduling.Supervision and oversight directing construction projects from beginning to end.Handle overall project finances including managing the budget and tracking expenses.Coordinates with Superintendent to oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.Organize FTP site and other document sharing programs.Submittal management: maintain log, compile submittal packages, and manage distribution to design team and subcontractors.Manage requisitions - compile & review, submit to owner, track payment, approve subcontractor payments.Manage project close.Prepare internal and external reports.Submit your resume today and it will be considered within 48 hours of submission.
