The person would have direct customer/client interaction representing the team and should have good communication skills and attitude to keep the customer first. This job will have routine work hours, for the most part, however, may require late night or weekend support occasionally. Job Duties: Responsible for post-launch maintenance of our clients and provide support and help debug issues faced by our clients in Production Responding and resolving application support/trouble calls from both the internal and external user base Be on the Production install call to validate OBI functionality Advanced technical skills with hands-on troubleshooting, including parsing logs and following stack traces Run simple to complex queries/scripts to check and analyze the data Creating automation and scripting tools for faster customer support and identifying issues Setting up Monitoring / Alerting tools to notify issues in production Answer technical questions and gather future requirements from the clients You will be responsible and work with operations team to help during production installs and during the outage You will be part of the engineering team and will be engaged in the coding or QA work to enhance the platform functionality. Job Skills : Java, Oracle, SQL, Docker, Jenkins, AWS, JSON, XML, SHELL, POSTMAN, Jmeter, JavaScript. Strong QA skills may also be considered. Looking for 2-3 years of very good SQL, Unix or Shell scripting experience. Notes: Billing platform. Constant monitoring, looking data, answering questions. 2-3 years of experience. SQL, Unix scripting, Shell scripting must to have. Monitoring production data. Good communication skills. Java background is helpful. QA experience, troubleshooting mindset. SQL, Unix/Shell Scripting, customization, Adhoc SQL, adultering. Software Development-Junior. 60-70% development and 30-40% testing. 1+ year Production Support experience. AWS, Docker, Jenkins are good to have. Postman, Jmeter is preferred. Bachelor s in IT/Computers is must. Writing SQL Queries, Unix commands, Shell scripting.
