Description Job Description: Leidos currently has an opening for a DevOps Software Developer to work at one of our 3 locations: Gaithersburg MD, Chantilly VA or Springfield VA. This is an exciting opportunity supporting our program mission to deliver the next generation of Geospatial Intelligence technologies to our customer. On program, Leidos provides software (SW) development solutions to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) through the delivery of SAFe/Agile-based scrum teams. This includes COTS/GOTS/FOSS integration, SW development, and integrated SW DevOps support to manage, sustain and efficiently deploy baselines at multiple security domains, including both cloud and non-cloud environments. We develop at the lowest possible classification with a geographically dispersed team. **This position has the option to sit at any of our three sites located in Gaithersburg MD, Chantilly VA or Springfield VA. Our program culture offers the potential for flexible work schedules and telework. Although we prefer team members to be in the office 3 times a week, we are open to other working arrangements for the right candidate in the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Primary Responsibilities: Attend and Participate in daily scrums, release and feature planning events, demos and retrospectives. Conduct design and code reviews, fix bugs, and resolve production issues Support team sprint/release commitments Be responsible for practicing technical design, developing new functionality and maintaining existing components.
