We are seeking a Web Manager for an exciting opportunity with a non-profit association in Silver Spring, MD. The Web Manger will be responsible for managing a team of 3 web designers, manage the UX process for all stakeholders, and manage the companies content management solution - Episerver. Responsibilities: * Manages a team of three web designers that that designs, develops, implements, and maintains Web sites and Web-based applications. * Manage UX expectations for stakeholders. * Provide guidance to staff in the design of user interfaces applying UX best practices. * Facilitates UX design process on multiple projects working with various staff such as subject matter experts, IT personnel, and end-users. - 5+ years of experience in interaction design * 4+ years of user-centered design experience (web, mobile, and desktop) * 3+ years of people management experience * 3+ years of experience managing a budget * Experience creating wireframes and design mock-ups using tools like Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Invision. * Experience with Episerver, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap For immediate consideration, please email your resume to michael.reidy@rht.com - provided by Dice Adobe, Content Management, CSS, HTML, Manager, Management, UPS, UX
