The ideal candidate will provide on-site supervision throughout the DMV for interior projects ranging in size from $150,000 to $1,000,000. Candidates must have at least 5 years verifiable experience. Ensure that the project meet or exceed the design intent.Work with subcontractors to complete projects on-time and on budget.Proactive scheduling of all scopes of work.Have a working knowledge of the drawings, trade responsibilities, and overall project scope.Maintain a clean and professional job site.High School Diploma or Trade experience.Time management and effective communication skills with Architects and ClientsKnowledge of building codes of all local jurisdictions. Project safety and OSHA regulations governing interior construction.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.Knowledge of ICD #705 Construction a plus.Company Health Insurance program will be offered as part of compensation package.
