Operate team in a manner to give maximum support to the field sales organization. Establish an atmosphere of customer service throughout the sales staff. Initiate and make recommendations to the corporate team regarding staffing, wage and salary levels, inventory levels, company policy and procedures, and advertising expenses. Prepare annual sales budgets for the review and approval of the corporate team. Responsible for management and success of all sales territories. Qualifications Associates or Bachelors Degree- A plus but not required. Stable work history with experience in the construction equipment business preferred. Self Starter with management experience. Problem solver. Familiarity with Financial Statements. Driver's license required.
