What You Will Do: All new hire activities to include field readiness training, pre-work, class-room training (curriculum development, delivery and follow-up) as well as continuous communication with Sales ManagerDevelop continuous sales training programs to include call coaching, role play initiatives, creating sales processes, lead generation and referrals, prospecting, closing, etc.Train sales reps on policies and procedures, sales skills, time and territory management, etcField ride-a-longs with new and existing employees to identify training needsUnderstanding, developing and delivering pertinent material that will change the way we sell and market products.Identify opportunities for improvement by working closely with sales managementProvide sales data reports to manager for review with sales team; collaborate with manager on evaluating needs What You Possess: Minimum of three years product selling experience required; selling experience in the security industry a plusExcellent Communication Skills; excellent organizational skills a mustStrong sense of initiative and self-motivatedKnowledge of standard curriculum development tools including but not limited to MS Office, SharePoint, PP, Outlook, etc.Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM program requiredKnowledge of e-learning or web development concept a plusAbility to adapt to changing assignments and multiple prioritiesProven track record of developing effective sales training processes and programsStrong skills in sales theories, methodologies and strategiesPrior recruiting experience a plus, social media presence and knowledge on how to leverage importantAbility to work independently What You Will Reap: Attractive compensation and benefit package including; company contributed medical, dental, vision and more401K Plan with company match up to total 4% (100% first 3% and 50% next 2%)Generous paid time off, 8 Holidays and 1 Personal Day as well as paid Sick TimeCompany paid life and AD&D insuranceCompany paid short and long term disability coverageTuition ReimbursementVoluntary benefit productsCompany paid Employee Assistance ProgramSales/Recruiting Bonus PlanGrowth opportunities within the organization
