Salem Church Products (SCP) , an arm of Salem Web Network, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to become a "brand champion" for our network of e-commerce websites. We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic teammate to join our growing organization in our Richmond, VA office! Our Marketing Coordinator must have proven knowledge of marketing concepts and the ability to develop & maintain a clear, consistent brand voice. This is a unique position that requires self-motivation, organization, flexibility, and collaboration, while maintaining multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The right individual possesses exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and familiarity with the faith-based marketplace. As a part of our marketing team, this teammate is responsible for the execution of our outbound marketing strategy, including email marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and search engine optimization (SEO) for multiple SCP websites. Also, data analysis and strategic planning are essential functions in day-to-day responsibilities. The Marketing Coordinator successfully runs marketing campaigns on previously mentioned digital marketing channels for several brands, which each have unique target audiences, business models, and in-house teams. The Marketing Coordinator must be able to make decisions using both creativity and data, consistently meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team environment with a high-feedback culture. Responsibilities : Coordinate with teams across our network of sites to manage marketing campaigns & projects Copywrite, edit & proofread outbound marketing communications Manage content schedule and project manage campaigns with our teams Measure and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and share findings with our team Make data-driven decisions & develop testing strategies to optimize results Oversee projects related to marketing development Research industry trends in digital marketing and the Christian space Requirements : 1-3 years marketing experience Exceptional verbal, copywriting, and interpersonal skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, give attention to detail, and work efficiently to meet deadlines Possess a professional marketing background Motivated by working in a highly-collaborative environment Skilled in reporting and data analysis Willingness to learn and study industry news and developments Ideal Candidates Have : Bachelor's Degree - Marketing preferred Working knowledge of PPC, SEO, email marketing engagement strategies & email service providers (ESP's) Demonstrated experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, ESP's, & Facebook Ads Familiarity with marketing tools & productivity software (Google Analytics, Zapier, Google Drive suite, Asana) Familiarity with design tools (PhotoShop) Knowledge of HTML/CSS What We Offer : Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance plans + 401k matching FUN & creative work environment with amazing colleagues who help each other succeed Vibrant downtown office location in the heart of RVA Paid time off + 10 paid holidays per year Awesome company parties & onsite events Healthy workplace initiatives including in-office personal trainer Applicants should attach resume and cover letter emphasizing your Rockstar qualities and why you would be the best person in this role.
