We are seeking honest, competitive and ethical Outside Sales Representatives to close sales of our business process solutions with merchants throughout your area. As a Senior Product Advisor with Heartland, you will work closely with your local Relationship / Territory / Division Managers to set appointments with local business owners using the phone, face-to-face and through networking / referral partners. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs and present Heartland solutions to close sales with local businesses in our target vertical markets (restaurants, retail, medical, lodging, auto repair, salons, etc with between 10 - 200 employees). During the first 30 - 60 days, your local manager will accompany you on your initial appointments to demonstrate our short-cycle sales process using atlas , our groundbreaking iPad CRM platform for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analyses and paperless contract processing. You will then have the freedom to set your own work schedule and work from home as you enjoy the best compensation and benefits plan in the payment processing industry. Job Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Representative with Heartland, you will prospect / network for new business using atlas , which creates lead lists based on location, competitor market share and area businesses that formerly had accounts with Heartland. You will apply a consultative sales approach to uncover and address client business needs and use atlas to develop financial analyses, present the features and benefits of a partnership with Heartland, and show you how much you will earn from each sale. Additional responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include: Prospecting for and running dynamic sales presentations that highlight the benefits of working with Heartland Explaining our value proposition to clients via atlas CRM on your iPad Closing sales of our payroll processing services Educating merchants and business owners on the payroll processing industry Upselling current clients on our gift marketing, card processing and other products and services Maintaining regular communication with your Territory / Division Manager Job Benefits This is a W2, full benefits position working primarily from a home office. First year you can expect average earnings in the range of $65,000 - $95,000 in the form of uncapped commissions that include up-front signing bonuses paid each Friday, monthly residual income that pays starting the first month, and portfolio equity once vested. Once you hit a designated sales production requirement you are what we call "vested" and can cash out some or all of your monthly residual for 30 times its value (ie $1,000 in monthly residuals can be sold back to the company for a $30,000 buyout).
