Responsibilities: Developing test plans and procedures in accordance with customer standards, classification guidelines, and applicable instructions Coordinating the use of unique laboratory spaces and test facilities necessary for system testing. Analyzing design schematics and providing reverse engineering of obsolete parts or engineering determinations of acceptable substitutes Maintaining test plans and procedures Developing, integrating, and testing equipment and electrical deficiency solutions Assembly and testing of electronic circuits and devices from provided designs Required Skills and Experience: Five (5) years of experience developing test plans and procedures in accordance with customer standards, classification guidelines, and applicable instructions Experience coordinating the use of unique laboratory spaces and test facilities necessary for system testing Experience analyzing design schematics and maintaining test plans and procedures for test and evaluation programs, providing reverse engineering of obsolete parts or engineering determinations of acceptable substitutes, developing, integrating, and testing equipment and electrical deficiency solutions Experience in the assembly and testing of electronic circuits and devices from provided designs Experience with the upkeep of an electro-mechanical laboratory Preferred Skills and Experience: Certified for J-STD-001 (or equivalent) which is an industry standard soldering certification for electrical and electronic assembly manufacturing Clearance: Final Top Secret Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
