The Healthcare Facilities & Real Estate Support Manager will have primary responsibility for defining, planning, tracking, and managing Customer Programs for AtSite Solutions in the functional areas within facilities and real estate including smart building technology implementations. This role is focused on both external customers and programs, with special demands on the recurring management and success of AtSite Facilities and Real Estate solutions and services. The Healthcare Facilities & Real Estate Support Manager is responsible for identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the program requirements and customers' objectives. He/she is also responsible for ensuring appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement throughout the life of the program. The Healthcare Facilities & Real Estate Support Manager must possess the ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork, an ability to communicate effectively with senior management, and a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the customer and for the company. In addition, the Healthcare Facilities & Real Estate Support Manager must possess facilities and real estate background which should include smart buildings, sustainability, and energy efficiency. The Healthcare Facilities & Real Estate Support Manager also must be able to manage schedules and tasks, using management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately. He/she must be able to manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making. Key Accountabilities: Define the customer delivery process based on contract scope for several key accounts, as well as understand our internal standards, deliverables and operational cadence necessary to ensure consistent delivery. Oversee key customer account billing to ensure targeted results are achieved while monitoring overall customer satisfaction. Manage and balance workload and assignments for account teams. Work closely with the functional solution leaders to resolve service delivery issues with a continuous focus on maximizing productivity. Ensure that all team members understand their delivery roles and accept their responsibilities. Be responsible for ensuring a risk analysis process is in place and investigate avoidance activities for key accounts and deliverables. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events are in place. Regularly track progress on all program plans and provide updates to executives as requested. Work with account teams to analyze actual performance against the plans and adjust plan objectives. Provide on-going developmental feedback to the team as appropriate. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues. Manage program scope and deliverables through a structured change management process to ensure customer expectations are met while managing account performance objectives. Required Qualifications : 4-year Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Management PMI professional certification required (PMP, PgMP, or PfMP) 3-5 years Program Management experience - Preferably in Service Delivery and consulting 3-5 years' experience in working on a delivery team 3-5 years' experience in a customer facing consulting capacity Hands -on experience in setting up and managing effective customer programs Experience in Service Portfolio Management Smart building technology experience a plus Facilities and Real Estate experience necessary Benefits : 31 days off per year to start - (Includes Holidays & PTO) Retirement Account Medical Insurance HSA's Flexible Spending Accounts Short Term and Long Term Disability Life Insurance Dental Insurance Ping Pong Onsite Fitness Facility (complete with lockers and showers) More to come Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship for employment.
