Responsibilities: Interact with FAA customers on a daily basis, providing technical support at meetings and via presentations and technical papers Administer the FAA s Active Risk Manager (ARM) database, including development and modification of custom reports, coordination of software updates, configuration changes, and technical support to the users of the tool & database Interact with FAA customers on a daily basis, providing technical support at meetings and via presentations Participate in technical & programmatic meetings Requirements: BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems + 2-4 years Useful experience includes: Coding Servers and backend hosting Database / SQL RIO Management IT / tech support Strong interpersonal, written & oral communications skills a must Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with Active Risk Manager (ARM) a strong plus Familiarity with the FAA a plus Occasional travel based on customer needs may be required.
