Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Help Desk Technician in the Alexandria VA to work for a large government contracting firm focusing on various cyber security initiatives. Responsibilities for the Help Desk Technician include: Help Desk Technician and will provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution and make independent decisions by performing question/problem diagnosis Experience with Windows 10 Operating Systems and MS Office 2016, Active Directory, Imaging, and Troubleshooting Strong experience troubleshooting, supporting deploying Windows Workstation Ability to document, research, identify and solve technical problems on initial call and/or triage where appropriate for resolution.
