CONSTRUCTION Manager Hiring experienced qualified individual as in-house Owner's Representative for full-service Construction Management oversight of multifamily renovation and new construction. Responsibilities include monthly meetings with contractor and architect, weekly site inspections, reviewing Cchange orders , monthly draw packages, and monitoring measurable construction results to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. The candidate must be diligent, resourceful, analytical, and a team player. Experienced in construction and related processes, including construction draws, construction schedules, and construction plans / documents is required. The NHP Foundation is a national, nonprofit affordable housing owner and developer active in the 15 states and DC. Candidate should have at least 5 years of applicable work experience.
